The "Dead Rose International Film Festival" will be held in the "Heart of Siberia" in Novosibirsk from 5 to 8 December 2019. The organizer of the festival is the film company "Dead Rose Pictures".

The Festival supports purposeful filmmakers who continue to give their heart and soul when creating new movies. The festival also contributes to the promotion of cinema in the regions of the country and around the world.
